  • are the colors customizable?

    Yes! We will curate a color palette for your invitation suite based on your wedding aesthetic but please let us know if you have any specific color requests.

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

    Orders from our Collection take between 3 to 6 weeks depending on the production methods chosen and embellishments added. We recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time. Traditional invitation timelines are listed below to plan when you should place your order for your wedding date.

  • CAN MY ORDER BE RUSHED?

    Yes, you may request that your order be rushed. Please email as soon as possible with your requested completion date. If your desired date is possible, an additional fee will be added to your total to accommodate the rush order.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we love working with couples all around the world! Just remember to account for international shipping time when planning on the best time to order your invitations.

  • HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

    When determining how many invitations you will need to order, be sure to account for households rather than individuals. Additional reprints are costly after your design is approved and printed, it is best to determine your needed quantity and then add 20% extra for last minute additions and keepsakes before placing your order. Once your order is placed we cannot reduce the quantity.

  • HOW DO I SUBMIT THE ADDRESSES FOR MY ENVELOPES?

    When you place your order we ask that you upload the correct and completed guest address using this TEMPLATE linked in the product listing. Once completed, please forward the file to hello@empaperco.com within 5 business days of your order. 

  • SOME OF MY ENVELOPES ARE ADDRESSED INCORRECTLY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If the error is our mistake, we will reprint the envelopes in need of correction and ship them to you at no cost. If we are unable to reprint the envelopes, we will refund the charges for envelope addressing for the number that was incorrect. If the error is the client's mistake, our regular envelope printing price will be charged, plus the cost of shipping.

  • DO YOU OFFER SEMI-CUSTOM DAY-OF ACCESSORIES?

    Yes, we do! Please reach out to us and we will send you mock ups of the corresponding day-of designs to each of our suites. You can order menus, programs, place cards, and table numbers. If you require other day-of paper goods, please inquire with us and we’d be happy to design something custom for you!
